vsmc is a program which helps you in administering your virtual servers hosted on a vmware gsx 2.0 / 2.5 host. this software is only supported for windows 32-bit os (nt,2000,2003) and vmware gsx server (version 2.0 minimum required). with vsmc you have full control of all virtual machines on your host system. you can autostart/autostop and back up your virtual machines. get manual and other information on our website for further updates. the neccessary ini and cfg files will be created when starting initially. the program is available in english and german only. setup and language defaults to english. you can install local to the windows-host or on a remote pc. installation of vmware remote console recommended, but not neccessary. you can schedule stop, start or even backup your vm’s with vsmc. when backing up directly, the backup files (vm’s folder) will be stored to a local or network drive. if you prefer a streamer based backup, use the stop, start sequence. stop and start can also be use for regular reboots, some servers need this to clear up memory and other resources.
